SENVALA SHIPPING POLICY
United Kingdom Shipping Times
Senvala is a UK-registered company that ships to customers across the United Kingdom and internationally. We work exclusively with trusted fulfilment and logistics partners to ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery of every order.
Shipping Options (UK Mainland):
- Expedited Shipping: 6–12 business days after processing
- Priority Dispatch: Your order is placed at the front of the queue for immediate shipment once processing is complete.
All orders require 2–5 business days for processing and fulfilment before dispatch. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships and may take up to 24–48 hours to become active within the courier's system.
Please note: all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, seasonal demand, postal delays, or courier performance.
Delivery Responsibility & Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address, phone number, and email provided at checkout are correct and complete. Couriers require a valid phone number for delivery confirmation. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery.
We can only modify shipping details within 3 hours of placing your order or before the order has been dispatched.
Senvala cannot be held liable for parcels not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change or recall it.
If we notify you about a delivery issue (for example, failed delivery attempt or incorrect address), it is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery or collection.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Customs clearance times vary and may extend estimated delivery periods. Unfortunately, Senvala has no control over this process and cannot expedite customs procedures.
Delays Beyond Our Control
We strive to deliver all orders promptly; however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Courier or postal service disruptions
- Customs clearance delays
- Adverse weather or public holidays
- Global supply chain interruptions
Senvala is not responsible for such delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding if your delivery takes longer than anticipated.
